How to Give
For too long, school buildings have been designed and studied with students at the center, while the health of the educators who spend their careers inside them — the majority of them women — has gone largely unexamined.
This initiative sets out to close that gap: to understand how school environments shape educator health across a career, and to translate what we learn into the way schools are designed, renovated, and advocated for. Your contribution directly supports the educators taking the survey and helps ensure that the people who hold our schools together are finally part of the design equation.
Bronze, Silver, or Gold Apple. Every level funds $20 compensation for participating educators.
